Refund Policy

1.The 14-day money-back guarantee

If Eti Image isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund the full amount you paid us. You don’t need to give a reason, although we’d like to hear what didn’t work.

The guarantee covers the Core and Pro editions, including purchases made with a discount code. We refund the amount you actually paid.

It applies even after you’ve downloaded, installed and used the plugin.

2.How to ask for a refund

Email support@pouyaeti.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include:

• the email address you used at checkout
• which edition you bought (Core or Pro)
• your receipt or order number, if you have it

We’ll confirm by email when the refund has been issued. It goes back to the payment method you used, and your bank or card provider may take several business days to show it.

3.What we can’t refund

• AI provider charges. Replicate, Kie.ai, Google (Gemini API), OpenAI and Freepik bill you directly for each generation. We never receive that money, so only the provider can refund it.
• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

4.Problems after 14 days

If something stops working after the guarantee period, email support@pouyaeti.com. Most problems come down to a setting, an update or a provider account, and we’ll help you sort it out.

5.After a refund

Your license ends when the refund is issued. Your download access is removed, and you need to uninstall the plugin and delete its files. You’re welcome to buy it again later.

If you’ve already had a refund for Eti Image, we may decline a second refund on a later purchase.

6.Chargebacks

Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. Within the 14 days, a refund from us is faster and simpler. If a payment is charged back, the license for that purchase ends.

7.Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under consumer law, and nothing in this policy limits them. In the EU and UK, the legal right to cancel a digital purchase can end once you start downloading it. Our guarantee still applies after you download.
